Ron McLain is a Dallas native. He began his legal career in Dallas in 1986, protecting the rights of people injured due to the negligence of others. He worked in South Texas from 2006-2010, working with one of the top personal injury firms in the state. He returned to Dallas in January 2011. Ron's practice consists primarily of representing injured victims in motor vehicle related accidents, construction related accidents and wrongful death. In his 25 years of personal injury litigation experience, he has represented thousands of injured victims and has tried over 75 cases to verdict, throughout Texas. Ron is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas, in both the Northern and Southern Federal District courts, and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ron received his Bachelor's Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. He received his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Ron is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and has been since 1993. Ron is an Allied attorney for the Alliance Defense Fund. He has a unique way of explaining difficult legal concepts to his clients to equip them to make informed decisions concerning their cases.
